FAQ

Q&A

Where do you operate?

We provide a professional oven cleaning service to customers throughout the BT4, 5, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 areas; we focus on the North Down area to ensure we deliver on our commitments of quality, punctuality and overall service.

Why should I use you?

We provide an environmentally friendly approach to oven cleaning, to clients throughout North Down. We strive in providing the best and most cost effective service in the area, taking immense pride in ensuring your oven will return to near showroom condition. Unlike many other “professionals” we only operate with non-toxic, odourless products which are (of course!) biodegradable.

Also… we SPECIALISE in cleaning ovens! We DO NOT provide general domestic or commercial cleaning, carpet shampooing, dishwasher or washing machine cleaning, window cleaning, car valeting or power washing services!

What products do you use?

We clean and restore your oven using a specialist commercial product range developed and perfected over 20 years of oven cleaning experience. These products are 100% free from caustic-soda, biodegradable and not tested on animals, because we care for you, your oven AND the environment!

What do you do that I can’t do myself?

When we clean your oven, we remove every component which is safe to do so, ensuring the parts of your oven you can’t see are also cleaned! Where possible, we also remove and strip down doors, to allow us to thoroughly clean the door recesses AND remove those drips and deposits which end up inside your door!

Please note, if the oven roof is dirty and covered with an electric heating element, it is not always possible to get fully behind the element without breaking it. We do clean there to a point, but will not risk causing damage!

What insurance cover do you have?

We have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance with £5,000,000 cover and, for additional peace of mind, we also have valid AccessNI background checks.

Can you clean my AGA?

We are fully trained in cleaning traditional ranges, including AGA, Esse, Rayburn and Stanley models… and we LOVE cleaning them!

We’re not averse to travelling further than usual to provide our specialist service for “Aga’s” (just remind us to pack sandwiches and a flask!), though a modest charge for travel will be payable.

Do I need to provide anything when you visit?

The only thing we need when we arrive is access to hot water… but a cup of coffee is always welcomed!
